How Do I Place An Order?
Very easy! We are an online store. All purchases can be done on our website via our secured
ecommerce system. Click "add to cart" on whichever items you want to purchase. Click "my cart" when
you're done shopping. After reviewing your cart, click "checkout" to finalize your purchase. Email us at
SLDCollection_inbox.com if you have any questions.
Payment and Shipping
USA and all Territories. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of your purchase, and no later
than 3 days. Must provide us with a physical address (please do not use a PO Box as your
shipping address). 1-2 Items= $10, 3-4 Items= $20.00, 5-6 Items= $30, 7 and up= $40
Sales Tax
Only California residents will be charged sales tax which is 8.75%.

All orders are done online via our secured ecommerce system. We accept American Express,
Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.
Returns & Refunds
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order, as quickly and accurately as possible, we are usually unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. In most cases the items are shipped out to you within 24 hours of us receiving your order. We do not accept returns due to the type of product we are selling. Each item is exactly how you see it in the pictures- no misleading. Before purchasing, be sure to read the Product Page of the item you are interested in- take note of the measurements and the condition of the bag. If for some reason you are not happy with the item you've purchased, then you can email us within 7 days of recieving the bag (SLDCollection_info.com), and switch the bag for a different one. We must recieve the initial bag you purchased back before sending your next option (shipping for this is at your own expense).
